Maybe it’s about feeling pressured to look or act a certain way, getting stuck in endless scrolling, dealing with porn, or just how lonely it can feel.
Write a short postcard to your younger self so we can share it with the younger selves of today.
Every postcard becomes part of monthly letters we send to schools and MPs, and fuels a social media campaign that makes other young people feel less alone and less ashamed.
There’s also space to share more of your story if you want.
We’re sparking real, unfiltered conversations about growing up online to ease shame, build understanding, and help people feel less alone.
Why we’re doing this
We’re creating a youth-led manifesto to push decision makers in education, tech and government to build policies that actually reflect what it’s like to grow up online.
We’re making sure the next generation grows up with an internet that’s safer, kinder, and more human.
